Job Description
Job Title: Java EE Lead (Cloud Migration DevSecOps AI Code Analysis)
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid -Local candidates)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications- Deep hands-on experience in Java and Java EE development including EJB JPA and SOAP-based services. Skilled at analyzing legacy codebases and identifying transformation paths for cloud migration.
- Proficiency in Java SE 1.8 and Java EE 8 including deployment on enterprise-grade application servers.
- Expertise in object-relational mapping and integrating persistence layers with business logic.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including architects business analysts and security engineers to align development with business goals.
- Strong knowledge or practical experience with AI code analysis tools for static analysis code understanding and pattern recognition.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices including automated testing deployment and monitoring.
- Exposure to cloud-native transformation strategies such as containerization elastic scaling and loosely coupled interfaces.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies sprint planning and backlog refinement in collaboration with product owners and SMEs.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with requirement elicitation and documentation.
- Design develop and maintain enterprise Java applications with a focus on scalability performance and security.
- Modernize and transform legacy codebases to cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with architects business analysts and security teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Leverage AI code analysis tools to improve static analysis code comprehension and pattern recognition.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices for secure and efficient software delivery.
- Contribute to cloud transformation initiatives including containerization and elastic scaling.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to software design principles and established coding standards.
- Provide mentorship technical guidance and support to junior team members.
