Job Overview

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with over 10 years of expertise in Salesforce development and architecture. This role is responsible for designing developing and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions driving integrations performance optimization and mentoring developers to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
Architect and implement complex Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and ETL tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Optimize application performance scalability and security while ensuring best practices
Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce applications
Manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments with Git Bitbucket Jenkins
Ensure data integrity security and compliance with Salesforce governance
Mentor junior developers and participate in code review and documentation

Required Qualifications

10 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
Expert proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL and Salesforce APIs
Deep understanding of Salesforce data and security models declarative features
Proven experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft Informatica Dell Boomi
Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II Application Architect System Architect)
