Job Summary

Shift Schedule: Can start any time between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM as long as the full 8-hour shift is completed.
Hybrid Setup: Primarily remote with occasional onsite work required at least once per month

Role Requirements:

Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering or related fields
5 years minimum experience in backend development with a focus on WordPress or Drupal
Strong knowledge of PHP and SQL
Experience with headless integration including decoupled architecture and RESTful APIs
Knowledge and experience working with WPEngine and/or Pantheon
Ability to implement custom plugins and themes in WordPress or custom modules in Drupal
Understanding of web security best practices and the ability to implement security measures for websites
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (JavaScript HTML CSS)
Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
Good understanding of hosting environments server administration and optimization techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and project management tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills able to work with cross-functional teams
Experience in JIRA or at least other ticket tracking tools
Must have a fast and stable internet connection
Preferably available to start immediately
