Demonstrated track record in designing and synthesizing custom polymers for medical device or pharmaceutical use.
Proficient with various polymer synthesis methodologies especially in producing polyoxazoline (POx) derivatives via cationic ring-opening polymerization and related techniques.
Hands-on experience in scaling polymer synthesis from laboratory to pilot level.
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial research is required.
