Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. (hours may vary)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Shipping associate to join a Tulsa warehouse team. The role of Shipping involves preparing and processing outgoing orders ensuring accuracy and coordinating with carriers for on-time delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented worker looking for long-term stability in logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage.
- Generate shipping labels and documentation using company systems.
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
- Verify outgoing shipments against invoices and packing slips.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve order issues.
Position Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping warehouse or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
