Pay: $14 $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. (hours may vary)
Location: Tulsa OK

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Refinishing Technician to join a Tulsa-based team. This role focuses on disassembling refinishing and reassembling hardware and metal components. The Refinishing Technician will play an important part in restoring finishes ensuring durability and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully disassemble hardware and metal components in preparation for refinishing.
- Perform surface preparation including cleaning sanding and masking parts.
- Polish and buff metal surfaces to restore or enhance finish quality.
- Coordinate with plating vendors or in-house teams for replating processes.
- Reassemble components accurately ensuring proper fit and function.
- Inspect finished products for quality finish consistency and durability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
Position Requirements
- Previous experience in refinishing metal polishing or assembly preferred.
- Comfortable using hand tools power tools and polishing equipment.
- Ability to read and follow instructions or diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
- Calipers and micrometers experience is a plus.
- 13 years experience with scales rulers and protractors.
