Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Refinishing Technician to join a Tulsa-based team. This role focuses on disassembling refinishing and reassembling hardware and metal components. The Refinishing Technician will play an important part in restoring finishes ensuring durability and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Carefully disassemble hardware and metal components in preparation for refinishing.
Perform surface preparation including cleaning sanding and masking parts.
Polish and buff metal surfaces to restore or enhance finish quality.
Coordinate with plating vendors or in-house teams for replating processes.
Reassemble components accurately ensuring proper fit and function.
Inspect finished products for quality finish consistency and durability.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.

Position Requirements

Previous experience in refinishing metal polishing or assembly preferred.
Comfortable using hand tools power tools and polishing equipment.
Ability to read and follow instructions or diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
Calipers and micrometers experience is a plus.
13 years experience with scales rulers and protractors.
