Duties:
- Lead and mentor the compensation benefits and payroll teams while ensuring accurate monthly payroll and compliance with tax and labour regulations.
- Design and manage competitive salary structures bonuses and incentive programs supported by market benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
- Oversee employee benefits programs vendor management and communication with staff to ensure value and compliance.
- Provide strategic advice to leadership using data insights to drive fair cost-effective remuneration decisions.
- Manage budgets reporting and audits ensuring risks are identified and governance standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Honors in Accounting
- CA(SA)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a management and/or similar data centric role
- 10 years working experience within a financial environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite specifically MS Excel
- Align pay and benefits with business goals.
- Analyse data to drive fair decisions.
- Lead and grow high-performing teams.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and influence decisions.
