Job Description:

Elementary at-risk paraprofessional will work with students identified as at-risk on behavioral and literacy needs.

Performance Responsibilities:

Review and understand needs of assigned students(s)
Help maintain a positive classroom environment
Assistance with personal care needs including but not limited to; personal hygiene and toileting
Monitor students needs throughout the school day
Assist students with lessons and assignments
Monitor health needs if applicable
Maintain confidentiality
Daily record keeping of students needs
Collaboration with special education and general education teachers
Assist teacher in daily classroom needs
Serve as an active participant in student/team meeting
