Job Summary
- Overall responsible for achieving sales budget of IB Pumps Spares and Service under Supreme SERV at Branch office Bangalore location.
- Generate Enquiries in line with the past strike rate so that there is sufficient backup to convert by end of the year for Direct Business.
- Identify Reverse Engineering Jobs and generate enquiry
- Liaison with ASC Contractors End Customers Industrial Customers Institutions for Spares Field Service Repair Modification and replacement of Competitor or existing KSB Pumps.
- Identify Potential Solution (under LSTK) which is leading to solution to customer and value addition to KSB
- Monitor budget monthly & execute corrective actions to achieve the targets.
- Provide sales & technical support to dealers and direct customers.
- Arrange Presentation Seminars and Energy Audits to Industries Refineries and Utility powerplants
- Support TSS- Supreme SERV andInstalled Base including submission of standard offers
- Coordinate with various customers and HO for order execution.
- Responsible for timely submission of budgetary offers and offers against firm enquiries to customers OEMs and Dealers.
- Attend Techno Commercial negotiation with customers.
- Maintain Pump Population list(Installed Base).
- Convert received PO to Indents andforward the same to HO for further processing.
- Keep records as per company guidelines under ISO 9001-2008 & applicable standards & QN pertaining to Spares Service & Installed base Pumps.
- Prepare ABCD report Indent register and C4C updating and Monthly report.
- Responsible for developing strategies in coordination with Branch Manager for working effectively with installed Base Customers.
- Ensure all the ISO processes agreements and instructions are adhered with respect to C4C & Indenting
- To identify the risks and report periodically.
- Coordinate with TSS on Pre and Post Order activities for market study new applications
- To follow the segment guidelines strictly.
