Job Summary

- Agro industry experience
- Experienced in Sales management Customer Relation Management
- Large Customer management skills Team player communication skills customer handling skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Customer service attitude
- Strategic mindset to develop channel growth plan
- Team working and People Management Skills
- Knowledge of local language /Products/Markets
- Sets ambitious strategic goals

- Develops people organization and self
- Collaborates across boundaries
- 5 years of experience in Field crops
Education:
- Agri Graduate/Post Graduate
- Agri or general MBA preferred
