About the Role:

Clutch is looking for a Part-Time Production Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mississauga Ontario. This is a key role within our Production department providing essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth weekend operations.

Youll be the first point of contact for many internal and external interactions so professionalism attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.

What Youll Do:

  • Check receive and distribute incoming mail and courier packages

  • Prepare vehicle safety documents according to Service Ontario requirements

  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed

  • File copy and scan documents to maintain accurate records

  • Complete purchase orders for sold units and ensure invoices are kept up to date

  • Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks as requested by management

  • Provide backup support for other administrative roles when needed

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager

  • Positive professional and welcoming demeanor in person and over the phone

  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile

  • Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Flexible and willing to learn new responsibilities including covering other roles as needed

  • Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Clean criminal background check

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

  • Ability to commute to Mississauga Ontario

Schedule:

  • Part-Time Saturdays & Sundays

  • 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (20 hours per week)

  • 3-month contract with the option to transition into full-time
