What youll do
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day coordination of customer opportunities and ongoing projects.
- Track all incoming sales inquiries and discover opportunities through email CRM and other channels.
- Prepare and update client status lists trackers and summary reports.
- Create proposals quotes and commercial documents for clients.
- Maintain a library of up-to-date proposal templates standard responses and supporting materials.
- Liaise with internal teams including Factory Shipping and Finance.
- Follow up on outstanding items and keep stakeholders informed of status and next steps.
- Maintain professional communications with clients regarding inquiries shipment status missing information and follow-up items.
- Support the creation maintenance and improvement of process documentation for sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination customer support administrator or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrates a professional courteous approach when dealing with both internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in B2B environments in manufacturing agriculture biotech chemicals or industrial products is preferred.
- Exposure to CRM systems or structured sales pipelines is preferred.
- Prior experience coordinating with international teams across time zones.
