Clean Harborsis seeking aTruck to Truck General Managerto our safety conscious team! The Truck to Truck General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the truck-to-truck hubs while maintaining regulatory compliance within the hubs. Ensures efficient shipping load capacities and optimizes operational processes to maximize profitability.

Manages key operational issues to reduce outside transportation costs. Maximize weight achievement for all van loads shipped proper and low cost routing for van lane shipments utilization of low-cost vendors and price negotiation.
Monitors and ensures that all key deadlines are met and proper follow up is implemented to ensure proper drum transfer compliance requirements: ten-day compliance periods.
Management of outside transportation expenses materials and supplies and direct intercompany labor.
Oversight of hub compliance through win web systems. Ensures that vans are shipped accurately and on time through the hub management system.
Ensures TMS KPIs are met including Load Readiness On-time performance and base lane performance.
Ensure all staff training is up to date
5 to 7 years of experience
Bachelors Degree preferred
Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Ability to communicate with all levels within
Excellent verbal/written communication skills; presentation skills and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills with an ability to work under strict deadlines
