MTR Corporations Procurement and Supply Chain (P&SC) function oversees circa HKD 20 billion annual expenditure with over 3000 suppliers across a diverse range of spend categories supporting HKTS (rail operations) HK Properties (commercial malls and residential estates) and corporate function stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Source-to-Contract (S2C). Manage to plan and develop sourcing and contracting strategies maximize competitive cost/value delivered whilst addressing Word Trade Organization (WTO) / Building Management Ordinance (BMO) / Government Procurement requirements. Support effective efficient and collaborative execution of procurement plans and strategies from initial market engagement to final contract award (including specification reviews risk assessments bid management supplier proposal evaluations commercial and contract negotiations and final contract award).
Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Support the team to efficiently plan and execute post-award order management supply operations commercial/contract management and business stakeholder escalation support.
