A day in the life.
As an Account Manager on our Select team your role is to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You are responsible for building strong relationships with clients understanding their needs negotiating coverage and managing proposals and renewals. Additionally you will maintain accurate client information and foster a collaborative service experience.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 3 years experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company preferably in an Account Manager position or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers
- Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines
- Dialing into the details ensuring accuracy of the minute details of a project or task
- Interpreting complexdocumentssuch as insurancepolicies with multiple coverages detailed applicationsand proposals.
- Reviewing and presenting renewal proposals to clients (written verbal in person meetings etc.)
- Computer proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets Word Documents and navigating Agency Management Systems
- Experience managing the full marketing process and negotiating contracts
- Ability to work on a fast paced high volume and high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
- Property & Casualty license preferred or the ability to obtain upon hire
- BS/BA in Business Insurance or related field
- CPCU CLCS ARM CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & Casualty
- Experience working with Applied Epic agency management system
- Available to travel for client meetings as needed
