About The Role
As Director of Product Management Payments youll lead the strategy and execution of Euna Payments our enterprise-level multi-channel platform purpose-built for governments and utilities. Youll drive innovation across cashiering kiosks online payments revenue management and integrationsensuring security accessibility and seamless user experiences.
What Youll Do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Euna Payments aligning with market needs and regulatory requirements in the public sector.
- Lead cross-functional teamsdesign engineering UX complianceto deliver integrated payments solutions such as Cashiering Kiosk Online Payments PayLink and PayCenter.
- Prioritize features that enable multichannel revenue collection centralized reporting and reconciliation through our Revenue Management system.
- Ensure the product adheres to PCI Level-1 SOC 2 Type 1 & 2 and other top-tier security/compliance standards.
- Partner with customer success and sales to support onboarding of enterprise clientslike NYC Department of Finance and Las Vegas Valley Water Districtand integrate customer feedback into the roadmap.
- Monitor usage adoption and satisfaction to continually drive improvements that increase on-time payments reduce support volume and deliver measurable cost savings.
- Act as the product evangelist representing Euna Payments both internally and at industry events conferences and customer forums.
What Youll Need (Must-Haves)
- 7 years in product management leadership ideally in B2B fintech SaaS or payments.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-grade payment platforms or financial software.
- Strong understanding of compliance and security frameworks (PCI SOC etc.).
- Experience with cashiering systems online checkout kiosks digital wallets and revenue management tools.
- Skilled at translating stakeholder needs (CFOs IT leaders agency staff) into clear product strategies.
- Analytical mindset using data-driven insights to inform priorities and measure outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skillscapable of conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
- Background in SaaS for government or utilities.
- Deep experience with PCI Level-1 compliance and SOC 2 audits.
- Passion for public-sector modernization and digital equity.
Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville Ontario office. (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)
