POSITION OVERVIEW
IT Support Analyst II will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to all Gentex Information Systems users. They will implement modify and make repairs to Information System (IS) client hardware and software for production and corporate users.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Perform implementation of Information Technology (IT) policies and procedures.
- Resolve hardware and/or software issues for both domestic and international team members.
- Manage all incoming ticket phone email and walkup support requests.
- Resolve all PC maintenance and support issues in both manufacturing and corporate environments.
- Ensure all technological equipment is consistently maintained to support manufacturing processes.
- Support manufacturing processes by resolving PC issues related to a variety of technological components.
- Resolve all common information service (IS) requests including all network-based services Oracle EBS and manufacturing systems.
- Direct and support the installation processes of corporate standard software.
- Work closely with IT Support Analyst III to support long-term projects.
- Manage and track all Office 365 users and Virtual Private Network (VPN) access.
- Other duties as assigned.

WHAT TO BRING
- Associates degree in Computer Science Information Technology or other related field and/or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- 1 years of experience working in an IT role.
- Ability to work nonstandard hours and/or holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
WHAT WILL HELP
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or other related field.
- 2 years of experience working in an IT role.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks including TCP/IP wireless and printers.
- Experience working with network-based services Oracle EBS and other manufacturing systems.
