Job Description Machine Learning and AI
Associate Consultant /Consultant for machine learning and AI is a key member of the Risk Modelling Team and responsible for acting as an individual contributor in Design develop and deploy machine learning / AI models for predictive analytics.
Job title: Associate Consultant/Consultant
Location: Bangalore/Pune
Experience: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience
Major Duties
Design develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics classification and optimization tasks.
Develop tools and agents using Co-Pilot/Co-Pilot Studio.
Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Document model development lifecycle and ensure compliance with internal AI governance and risk policies
Operates independently; has knowledge of banking balance sheets and income statements.
Conducts analysis independently ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Responsible for interaction with different committees and/or senior management.
Qualification:
Master in Computer Science / Statistics/ Mathematics/advanced degree in quant area
Skills Required
48 years of experience in machine learning AI or data science roles.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
Proficiency with Co-Pilot Studio
Familiarity with GenAI concepts and applications.
Strong understanding of model lifecycle management including versioning monitoring and retraining.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
