Context Overview

At Signaturit Group our mission is to simplify and secure our clients digital journeys. We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding customer verification and contract signing. As part of a scale-up in the RegTech space we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security electronic signatures and fraud prevention.

Our platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in:

  • Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes
  • KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for managing qualified prospecting campaigns focusing on inbound and outbound leads establishing initial contact points with potential clients and schedule meetings for our Sales teams. This role is part of Universign within the Signaturit Group aimed at driving growth in the digital trust sector.

What you will do at Signaturit

Prospecting: Engage with leads through targeted campaigns (emails social selling events calls etc.) to establish contact and schedule meetings.

Qualification: Understand and qualify the needs of prospects to ensure a fit with our solutions.

Collaboration: Transfer relevant information to the Account Executives for closing new business deals.

CRM Management: Track and monitor performance using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Apollo.

Feedback: Help improve SDR team processes.

Reporting: Report on your activities and results to your manager.

Data Monitoring: Analyze lead performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on key KPIs.


What we believe should contribute to your success in this context


Higher education in business marketing or a related discipline
Experience in B2B sales with some prior experience (internships projects) in SaaS or digital technology being a plus.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a natural ability to understand and qualify opportunities.
Native level of French (C2) good level of English (B1 minimum); Spanish is a plus.
Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
