As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in scaling Blexrs growth through building optimising and deepening profitable partnerships. Reporting directly to the VP of Commercial you will nurture high-value accounts identify and close new business opportunities and structure creative deals that go beyond standard affiliate models. You will collaborate with account managers product marketing and commercial performance teams to maximise partner value and deliver strategic impact.
Proven experience in business development within the iGaming sector.
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to spot and create value.
Data literacy: comfortable interpreting performance data and leveraging insights in decision-making.
Knowledge of affiliate and digital marketing models.
Ability to build and maintain trusted senior-level relationships.
Proactive strategic thinker comfortable executing with autonomy.
Previous experience in an iGaming affiliate network or digital media company.
Established industry network of operators advertisers or affiliates.
Experience structuring innovative commercial agreements (hybrid bespoke packages).
Salary range: EU / UK (depending on level).
Quarterly performance bonus of up to 25% of base salary based on KPIs such as revenue growth conversions and new account wins.
