Primary Responsibilities:
Non-Technical

Technical
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of network infrastructure components including servers routers switches firewalls storage solutions virtualization solutions and any other network devices
- Monitor network performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance reliability scalability and availability
- Assist in configuration and maintain network protocols such as TCP/IP VLANs OSPF BGP and VPNs to ensure optimal performance and security
- Support and maintain technical issues involving Microsofts core business applications such as Windows Server Exchange SQL DirectAccess Terminal Services/RDS
- Cloud environments like Azure AWS & Google Cloud
- Develop and maintain network documentation diagrams and procedures for reference and training purposes
- Support for Disaster Recovery strategies including server imaging and automated offsite backups
- Remote access solution implementation and support (i.e. VPN Terminal Services & Citrix)
- Detailed KB documentation of customers systems
- Detailed ticket documentation of time spent on service issues and projects
- Provide guidance training and technical support to junior team members and assist in their skill development
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of architect/engineer IT experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional friendly positive optimistic demeanor
- A strong understanding of networking technologies solutions troubleshooting & support
- Ubiquiti Meraki Appliances Cisco Networking Technology Dell EMC and HP Storage Solutions VMware Solutions
- Image based backup solutions.
- General Windows Desktop and Server Administration
- Virtual Desktop (Windows Virtual Desktop and VMware Horizons)
- Cloud (Azure AWS and Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Autotask Datto RMM Auvik or Managed Services (MSP) experience
