About the role

As a Learning & Leadership Intern youll be at the heart of ING Netherlands efforts to unlock the full potential of our people. Youll support key initiatives that drive learning leadership development and inclusive growth across the organization. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a high-impact HR environment working alongside passionate professionals who are shaping the future of work.

The team


Youll work closely with the Head of Growth & Careers and collaborate with the broader Talent Learning & DIB team as well as stakeholders across HR. Youll be part of a supportive forward-thinking team that values curiosity creativity and collaboration.

Roles and responsibilities


Your work will be a mix of strategic support and hands-on coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Research & Insights: Explore best practices in learning and leadership development. Analyze internal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data & Reporting: Help prepare impactful presentations and reports for senior leadership using data-driven insights.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of learning programs workshops and leadership interventions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives. Bring your ideas to the tablewe value fresh perspectives!
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions leadership events and other learning experiences.

  • Youre currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Psychology Business or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in learning and leadership development.
  • Youre proactive organized and eager to learn.
  • You have strong communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Youre comfortable working with data and digital tools (Excel PowerPoint etc.)
  • Youre accurate and organized with an eye for detail.
  • You work well independently and as part of a team.
  • You are available for a minimum of 6 months.
