Job Summary

About the Role: Join our Quality Department and play a key role in rolling out a new electronic training tool and enhancing training processes across the EMEA region. This internship ensures alignment with GxP ISO standards and Santens quality framework.

Responsibilities:


Supporting the rollout of our new electronic training tool (Veeva Training)
Assist with setting up initial training assignments and actively monitor progress ensuring a smooth and effective rollout of the new Veeva Training platform
Contribute to the design of new learning programs by creating curricula defining learner roles and mapping training paths


Qualifications :

Education:


Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Learning & Development Educational Science/Educational Technology or a Life Sciences field.


Competencies:


Ability to understand and communicate well in English (verbal/written); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong execution skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

  • Full Time: 5 days per week (40hrs) or Part time: 4 days per week (32hrs)
