Where you come in:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the business aligning HR strategies with organisational goals
  • Lead employee relations ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Craft and implement HR policies and procedures that support the companys objectives
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee the recruitment process from talent acquisition to onboarding ensuring the best fit for the team
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to managers on performance management and employee development
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices
  • Lead and participate in HR projects that drive organisational change and improvement
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and regulations across the UK and other supported areas
  • Support a culture of diversity and inclusivity promoting a connected and encouraging workplace
  • Mentor a dedicated HR adviser fostering their growth and ensuring effective team collaboration.

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and employee agreement
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation ensuring clarity and alignment on HR policies and initiatives
  • Address complex HR issues in a fast-growing environment with innovative solutions
  • Have extensive experience in various HR functions including employee relations talent acquisition performance management and policy development
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP or CIPD are strongly desirable
  • Involve in ongoing professional development staying current with HR best practices and emerging trends.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
