Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join Montu and play a big role in growing Leafio our pharmacy partner platform.
This isnt a customer service role its about sales growth and results. Youll be the first point of contact for new pharmacies coming on board managing inbound leads guiding them through their first three months and ensuring theyre set up for success. Once that growth window closes youll hand them over to the SDR team and start fresh with a new pipeline keeping things dynamic fast-paced and focused on growth.
What youll do:
- Take ownership of all inbound pharmacy registrations ensuring they move from sign-up to first-order revenue.
- Manage a rolling pipeline of accounts through their first 3-month growth window.
- Build strong relationships with new pharmacies uncovering needs and spotting opportunities to drive early usage.
- Guide new partners through onboarding and the order journey ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with sales SDRs and marketing on campaigns product launches and growth initiatives.
- Keep accurate records and activity tracking in our CRM.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales business development or account growth (not just customer service).
- Strong pipeline management skills able to juggle multiple accounts while staying results-focused.
- A problem-solver who can listen uncover pain points and drive commercial outcomes.
- Self-motivated results focused resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and turning conversations into outcomes.
