What Youll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical sales and G&A roles.
• Handle a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and candidate care.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers influencing intake process and selection.
• Source talent creatively in the Austin market through multiple channels.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership on recruiting activity and results.
• Use Greenhouse and AI automation to optimize recruiting efficiency.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to improving recruiting practices.

What Youll Bring

• 35 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Proven ability to recruit and source in the Austin market.
• Strong organizational skills to balance shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Must live in Austin TX and work onsite 23 days per week.
