Job Summary
We are looking to appoint:
A qualifiedTA2 who values all children andhasexperience of successfully supporting teachers to raise standards
A compassionatemember of staff who hasexperience in the delivery of adaptive teaching for all groups of learners particularly individuals with SEND.
An experienced TAwho has useda range of positive behaviour strategiessuccessfullyand built excellent relationships based on mutual respect.
A team player who is committed to upholding the schools ethos reputation values and vision.
A self-motivated and organised TA who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in partnership with the year group team the school and all stakeholders.
A creative and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude towards solution focused outcomes.
A professional who is committed to the safeguarding of all pupils andhasan understanding of the KCSIE documents.
