Communication skills are critical as is a self-driven approach to work. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel & PowerPoint. Must be knowledgeable in file reviews (Quality Assurance) with great attention to detail developing and implementing training plans.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The Department Quality Assurance/Program Training Analyst reports to the Program Director and will be responsible among other things for partnering with the Energy Services leadership team to assist in maintaining program compliance and developing comprehensive procedures and trainings for the Energy Services team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist in providing ongoing advice and resources to the Energy Services leadership team for compliance issues process monitoring and improvement and work with Energy Services leadership team to assess compliance problems brain storm solutions and implement improvements.
Assist in performing internal compliance audits on client files by evaluating investigating and documenting reports of non-compliant activity for Energy Services Programs.
Prepares written data and analytical reports to depict trends and as appropriate; makes recommendations through positive communication with the Energy Services leadership team and other personnel to allow for improvement opportunities of best practices.
Works with the CSET Compliance Director to organize prepare and provide support for internal and external audits.
Assist in designing and conducting compliance training materials that will boost employees workplace performance for both new and existing employees. Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for the Energy Services Departments.
Maintaining compliance reporting systems
Stay abreast of program of current contracts systems information problems changes and updates relevant to the Energy Services Programs.
Reporting compliance issues and activities on a regular basis to the Program Director to share with the rest of the Energy Services leadership team.
Preform all task of the program specialist for intake and outreach.
Assist with other Energy Services duties as assigned by the Program Director.
SPECIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Knowledgeable of modern office procedures and methods is proficient in use of computer Windows operating system including Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel and Access) and program data base.
Possess communication skills research abilities flexibility and an ability to work well with others.
Ability to accurately record and deliver information meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of restricted information.
Ability to maintain personal composure tactfully handle difficult situations and interpret questions correctly; ability to behave in a friendly understanding helpful and professional manner with participants and program staff.
Ability to perform successfully under moderately stressful conditions.
Ability to explain demonstrate and clarify to others the understanding of the well-established principles practices policies and procedures.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of supplies equipment and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
Database management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
Ability to receive stock and/or deliver goods.
Clerical word processing and/or office skills.
Knowledge of invoicing procedures.
