Accounts Payable Specialist Newport Beach CA

Our Newport Beach-based real estate investment client is seeking a direct-hire Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and support all AP operations for the company. This is a fully on-site opportunity.If youre detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced accounting environment wed love to see your resume.

Key Responsibilities:

Process 80100 AP invoices per week accurately and efficiently.
Review each invoice carefully ensuring correct GL coding and data integrity.
Obtain approvals from internal stakeholders to finalize invoices.
Manage AP inboxes and respond to all vendor and internal inquiries promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the AP process.

What Were Looking For:

2 years of full-cycle AP experience including complex 3-way match and GL coding.
Experience processing high-dollar invoices with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining high productivity.
Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
Bachelors degree required
