As Operation HSE Specialist - Assembly&Test Gas Turbine and Reciprocating Compressors you will be responsible of:
- Detecting and signals flaws in approaches methods procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
- Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches methods procedures and processes in the own field
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
- Leading the defining of the Cell HSE roadmap for testing area
- Leading the execution of the HSE roadmad for testing area
- Constant presence in the shop to take care about daily operational aspects
- Being proactive leading HSE continuous improvements following Process Safety model
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety)
- Initial experience on Operational activities
- Have the ability to analyze complex issues and decompose these into a manageable set of tasks
- Demonstrate experience of leading projects with global teams
- Have clear thinking attitude with entrepreneurs mindset.
- Able to fluently speak and write in English
- Be a motivated self-starter proactively taking initiative to lead and solve problems through collaboration
- Have good communication skills written and oral. Demonstrate ability to interact positively with both internal and external parties
- Be able to work in EU
