Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Product Manager H/F to lead critical Data & Analytics projects within our Information Management (IM) / IT Department operating in a dynamic Agile environment.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives adherence to timelines and budgets and the delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will leverage your deep project management expertise and Agile mindset to facilitate collaboration manage risks and drive successful project completion.

Your challenges:
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies adhering to Agile principles.
Agile Team Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives) for one or more development teams ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
Product Backlog Management Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business value and project goals.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders at all levels managing expectations and ensuring their active engagement.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify assess and manage project risks and issues developing mitigation plans and ensuring timely resolution.
Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial targets.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through collaboration with testing teams and adherence to quality standards.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to Agile processes and project management methodologies within the team and the wider organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication across development teams business stakeholders and other relevant departments.
Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular and accurate project status reports including progress against milestones budget adherence and risk mitigation efforts. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Mentoring & Coaching: Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and project management best practices.
Your profile:
Education: Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Extensive Project Management Experience: Significant and demonstrable experience (typically 5 years) in managing complex IT projects with a strong focus on data & analytics initiatives.
Deep Agile Expertise: Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum Kanban) and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Data & Analytics Knowledge: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts data integration processes business intelligence tools and analytics methodologies.
Strong Leadership & Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to lead and facilitate Agile teams and drive effective collaboration.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Stakeholder Management Expertise: Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage expectations with diverse stakeholders.
Risk Management Proficiency: Experience in identifying assessing and mitigating project risks and issues.
Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence MS Project).
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of French and/or German is advantageous.
