As BU Head Ostomy you will lead the strategic direction and commercial performance of our Ostomy business in China. Youll translate global and regional strategies into impactful local initiatives drive cross-functional collaboration and build a high-performing team to deliver sustainable growth and innovation in one of our focus markets.
Your key accountabilities include:
Business Strategy & Performance
Translate global strategy into localized programs that drive growth and market access in China.
Deliver on financial KPIs including revenue profitability and cash flow.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive opportunities.
Develop and execute innovative value-driven plans to expand our Ostomy footprint.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Build and lead a high-performing team fostering a culture of trust accountability and excellence.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Market Access Regulatory Affairs and Professional Education to ensure strategic alignment.
Drive talent development succession planning and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
20 yearsof experience in healthcare sales with8 years in leadership roles.
Proven success in managing consumables or similar portfolios.
A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop diverse high-performing teams.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Established relationships with KOLs and channel partners in the healthcare sector.
Education/Qualifications
Bachelors degree in relevant discipline
Advanced degree (MBA Masters) preferred
