Description

As an Assistant Qualified Early Years Educator youll play a hands-on role in shaping these precious early experiences supporting children to reach their full potential while learning and developing alongside a passionate committed team.

In this role youll
- Support educators and teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive programs that nurture curiosity creativity and a sense of belonging in young learners.
- Build warm trusting relationships with children and families ensuring every voice is heard respected and celebrated.
- Contribute to safe stimulating and well-organised learning environments where children can thrive every day.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues sharing ideas and supporting one another to deliver high-quality education and care.
Were seeking educators with availability for a minimum of three full days weekly.

Skills And Experiences
To thrive in this role
- Youll hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) with a Diploma highly regarded.
- Youll bring experience in Early Years settings along with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting childrens learning and development.
- Youll be adaptable collaborative and committed to providing care that reflects the diverse needs of our community.
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Check are essential with a VIT registration also accepted.
