Job Summary
When you accept a position with Volo youll be joining a passionate driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part time position however there are opportunities for advancement within the company.
Site Lead responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to assure that they are having a safe and fun experience
- Help with field set up and clean up each week
- Provide guidance to volunteers if there are questions
- Provide support to volunteers if any issues arise with parents players or venues
- Responsible for Admin activities: checking the kids in and out of program facilitating water and snack breaks
- Report any player parent ref coach issues to site lead
