Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle Delivery Leader - Director

Location: Makati (Hybrid 3x onsite per week)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field (Masters or Oracle certifications preferred).
At least 20 years of overall experience including at least 15 years in Oracle technologies and solutions.
Proven success managing large-scale Oracle delivery teams in offshore/global delivery environments.
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle products with mastery of the majority including but not limited to: Oracle ERP Oracle Cloud Oracle Database Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle EPM. Expertise in Oracle Fusion is a must-have.
Experience overseeing large complex Oracle projects with cross-functional geographically dispersed teams.
Proven background in consulting and/or advisory services with experience delivering Oracle transformation programs across industries.
Deep understanding of business processes and industry-specific applications of Oracle solutions.
Excellent leadership stakeholder management and people development skills.

Roles and responsibilities:

Provide Delivery Oversight across the companys Delivery centers for the Oracle Practice ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Supervise a multidisciplinary team of Oracle experts including developers consultants analysts and support staff.
Build a strong team environment fostering collaboration innovation and professional growth.
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of Oracle projects ensuring they meet client requirements timelines and budgets.
Monitor project performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Member Firms regarding offshore delivery operations.
Ensure clear communication and strong relationships with Member Firms addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with delivery strategies and outcomes.
Develop and implement operational policies procedures and standards to optimize delivery processes and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Ensure efficient resource allocation utilization and management within the center.
