EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transformation Delivery (TD) provides project and program management excellence across global technology initiatives. Our team delivers complex high-impact projects that drive digital transformation operational efficiency and business growth.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager within the GDS Transformation Delivery team youll lead end-to-end project delivery across global portfolios. Youll work with cross-functional teamsspanning business technology and operationsto ensure successful planning execution and governance of initiatives that enable EYs strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technology projects ensuring timely quality and within-scope delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans goals and milestones aligned with business objectives.
Manage stakeholder communication across global teams (NA EMEIA APAC) ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
Define roles responsibilities and governance structures across PMO business and technical teams.
Drive execution and continuous improvement using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
Oversee project budgets timelines risks and dependencies with proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with business analysts engineers and UX teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure projects adhere to EYs technology architecture and security standards.
Support change management quality assurance and user adoption activities.
Track and report project performance metrics ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
Flexible to support global shifts (US UK or APAC time zones).

Skills and Experience
5 years of experience in IT project management or software delivery (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
Strong background in SDLC CI/CD DevOps or product lifecycle management.
Experience in business analysis requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Proficiency in Agile delivery tools (Jira Azure DevOps Confluence Smartsheet or Trello).
Strong stakeholder management problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with project reporting governance and risk management in global delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any related field.
PMP CSM PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong technical expertise in SAP Microsoft Dynamics Azure DevOps (ADO) Planview and AI-driven solutions.
Working knowledge of Power Platform tools (PowerApps Power Automate Power BI SharePoint Online MS Teams).
Exposure to MS Project/Project Online or other enterprise PM tools.
Domain experience in Consumer Products & Retail Financial Services Pharmaceuticals Power & Utilities Oil & Gas or Technology industries.
