Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive - English Speaker to join our Malaysia support this role you will handle inbound calls live chat and emails related to customer inquiries and service support. Full training and 1-month accommodation are provided for outstation candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Work as part of a team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.
Maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication.
Utilize basic computer systems and tools for handling cases.
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years old with SPM UEC or IGCSE certification.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Good computer literacy and multitasking ability.
Working Details:
Working Days: 6 days per week
Shift Pattern: 24-hour rotational shift
Training Provided: Yes
Work on weekends and public holidays
Salary & Benefits:
