Job Overview:
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support the Taiwan and Hong Kong market for a leading E-Hailing & Delivery platform. You will handle customer inquiries through calls live chat and emails ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets. Full training and accommodation support for outstation candidates are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls live chat and emails related to customer inquiries complaints feedback and service issues.
- Provide accurate product/service information and exceed customer expectations.
- Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy in Traditional Chinese characters.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum age 18 years old with SPM UEC or IGCSE qualification.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese reading & typing) and English.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays (24/7 support).
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
Working Hours & Shift:
- 5.5 working days per week
- Rotational shifts (24-hour coverage)
- Public holidays and weekends are compulsory working days.
