Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior/Principal Civil Structural Engineers to join our clients dynamic team in their busy Hong Kong office. This role involves working on high-profile projects and leading engineering efforts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects.
- Manage project teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients contractors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering standards.
- Participate in project planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Engineer with 5 years of post-graduate experience in civil/structural engineering.
- Strong design background in consultancy or in-house design within a contracting environment.
- Experience in designing bridges and/or temporary works is required.
- Hands-on capability to perform design tasks and effectively manage project teams.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Cantonese-speaking ability is highly encouraged.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
