This pivotal role requires a strategic professional to ensure optimal resource allocation while enhancing the associate experience through comprehensive onboarding professional development and wellbeing initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with practice group leaders and HR teams to drive talent strategies that support both individual growth and firm objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end deal staffing process analysing workload data to ensure equitable distribution of work and facilitating staffing meetings to address resourcing challenges. The role also encompasses designing integration programmes for new joiners developing training curricula tailored to regional needs and serving as a confidential point of contact for associate wellbeing. Additionally you will support mentoring programmes coordinate performance evaluations and foster strong communicative relationships with associates at all levels.
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years experience in talent management work allocation or professional development within law firms banks or other professional services. Outstanding interpersonal skills bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin and the ability to handle sensitive matters including time-sensitive matters with discretion are essential.
