Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in Dutch via phone email and chat addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
- Good command of English (B2 or higher).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Competitive salary 14 times yearly
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of the monthly salary based on performance.
