Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in Dutch via phone email and chat addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Competitive salary 14 times yearly
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of the monthly salary based on performance.
