About the Role
This exciting position provides quality front-line customer service at City of Yarras Immunisation sessions. The role also assists in the organisational aspects of the community and school immunisation programs and provides data entry addition the position supports the Maternal and Child Health team through administrative duties such as managing phone lines appointment bookings and general enquiries. This support function is highly valued as the face of our team first seen by the community and its contribution to the smooth running of our program.

What Were Looking For
Were looking for a candidate with proven experience in a business support/administration environmentto help deliver outcomes in Immunisation and Maternal and Child Health.Experience with systems such as CDIS AIR and/or CIRV software highly desired.
