Description

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services Inc. (NCSS) is seeking dynamic professionals to join our team at a new developmental services home as Residential Behavior Interventionists. This rewarding opportunity allows you to support individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism as they achieve their goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide behavior support and promote positive skill-building.
Teach and assist individuals with daily living skills at home and in the community.
Support individuals in achieving greater independence and personal growth.
Assist with household tasks while creating a nurturing supportive environment.

Current Shift Available:

Thursday Friday Saturday and every other Wednesday 8a-8p
Sunday Monday Tuesday and every other Wednesday 8p-8a

The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable to changing needs solution-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges a strong team player ready to collaborate and contribute and committed to promoting dignity respect and independence for individuals.

Shifts will include one weekend day and overnight availability is a must.

Hiring rate is based on experience education and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
