We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in West Chester this role you will maintain and support our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG Pro to ensure accurate secure and efficient employee data management. You will be the go-to expert for HRIS operations troubleshooting reporting and compliance while partnering with HR Payroll and IT teams to improve system performance and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data in UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM) ensuring accuracy compliance and security.
- Act as the primary contact for HRIS-related inquiries troubleshooting system issues and escalating when needed.
- Support Payroll by monitoring HRIS-related requests and performing historical edits in WFM.
- Conduct regular HRIS data audits to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Provide reporting and analytics support for HR Payroll and Benefits teams.
- Assist with HR processes including onboarding benefits enrollment payroll integration and performance management.
- Manage HRIS security roles and permissions to protect sensitive employee data.
- Deliver training and guidance to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Partner with HR IT and Payroll on system enhancements upgrades testing and documentation.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and automation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Associates Degree in HR Business Administration or Information Systems preferred.
- Experience: 13 years in HRIS HR operations or related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and HR reporting skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
