We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Entry-Level Family Travel Coordinator to support our travel this role youll help families plan vacations weekend getaways and group trips that create lasting memories. You will research destinations prepare quotes and organize itineraries ensuring each trip runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

Research and recommend family-friendly travel options including flights hotels cruises and activities

Prepare and organize quotes proposals and itinerary documents

Communicate with clients to gather details and answer general questions
