Join us as our new Workplace Project Manager

And you will be playing a pivotal role in shaping the work environment where innovation collaboration and productivity flourish and your contribution will be a deep understanding of space planning office design and the dynamic needs of a diverse workforce.

You will act as the subject matter expert for all matters related to office layouts furniture dcor and spatial branding ensuring that the workplace not only meets functional requirements but also embodies the organizations values encourages well-being and supports activity-based work.

The facility team is approx. 75 very professional and engaged colleagues operating in 8 different locations in Denmark delivering all kinds of services within both hard and soft FM.

Our homebase is in addition to your primary workplace you will also be required to visit other Novonesis locations including sites in Lyngby Bagsvrd Avedre Roskilde Kalundborg and Fuglebakken.

In this role youll make an impact by:

Developing workplaces planning for future growth and executing moving projects. You will maintain and update the design guide by incorporating feedback from users and aligning with global workplace trends.

You will conduct needs assessments with managers to determine requirements for offices meeting rooms and collaborative spaces. This includes drafting and reviewing layouts working with architects interior designers and contractors. Additional to the above you will be managing the collaboration with furniture suppliers to secure timely delivery and the right choice of furniture according to our design guide.

You will be responsible for involving stakeholders and securing change management including ensuring office layouts furnishings and amenities cater to various work styles and employee needs from neurodiversity physical abilities and cultural backgrounds.

Also you will support sustainability initiatives by promoting the use of recycled upcycled or refurbished furniture and materials. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of spatial branding coordinate with the branding team to refresh signage and wayfinding as necessary prepare and present proposals reports and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Finally various operational tasks like responsibility for our project rooms overview over ownerships of rooms in the basements approving door access etc. will be part of the role.

To succeed you must hold:

• An education as architect or interior designer
• 5 years of experience from an architectural company supplier of furniture or similar working with interior or workplace design
• Proficiency in navigating and working within various systems such as Microsoft Office tools Planon and SAP is required to perform the role effectively

Further to this:

You have strong commitment to customer service ensuring helpful and timely support is provided to internal stakeholders while effectively balancing organizational priorities. Clear and effective communication is also vital enabling seamless collaboration with various teams vendors and employees. Proficiency in Danish and English skills written and orally is a requirement.

A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential focusing on identifying challenges and developing practical efficient solutions. The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a structured and organized manner is crucial for success in this position.
