Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
1. Sales strategy
Plans and implements sales strategy and strategic sales and business development initiatives especially for digital solutions. Achieves sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency.
2. Sales target
Establishes sales targets and ensures sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
3. Customer relations
Lead the team to establish and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and align to provide a solution especially for digital solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.
4. New market opportunities
Lead the team to identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
5. People leadership and development
Ensures (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized staffed skilled and directed. Coaches motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
Bachelor or master degree Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
At least 5 years sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow; At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project
With the experience of team management
Strong learning ability; Customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity;
Result driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills be good at team work.
