What you will do

Provide excellent technical service and support business development job to Biochemicalsbusiness in APAC to secure commercial success.
Develop Biochemicals technical competence with RFF rubber processing/compound and application knowledge.
Leading technical validation of Biochemicals RFF with keycustomers and develop new applications and troubleshoot product & process issuesuch as mixing/compounding and material processing.
Strengthen polymer rubbercompetencetosupportbusiness growth of RFF andlignin-based materials.
Insight to APAP sustainable market trend and utilizetechnical expertise to enhance the business strategiesand vision forBiochemicals.
Comply with UPM EHS standards quality andcompliance rules.

Who you are

You have a masters degree in wood chemistry/lignin or polymer science with experience in a technical service role.
You have 5-10 years experience in polymers and resin industry preferably rubber industry understand technical service for new business.
You have good expertise in polymer conversion processes or polymerization such as mixing and compounding and ISO and ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) testing specifications is an additional plus.
You have make it work at pilot/production site mentality to ensure the success of new technology improvements and the implementation at clients.
You have strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external client.
You have good ability to define problems identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
You have good written and verbal communication skill in English and Chinese as well as computer skills.
