We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as Senior Project Manager reporting to Executive Manager Field Services.
A bit about your role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across all phases of project execution including planning reporting risk and change management and adherence to PMO governance standards. The role involves managing complex multi-stream projects that align with business objectives preparing high-quality documentation for governance forums and senior stakeholders and collaborating across business units to drive operational improvements.
Key accountabilities include capability delivery stakeholder engagement governance reporting and change management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized communicative and adaptable with the ability to lead teams manage dependencies and deliver outcomes under pressure.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate for the Senior Project Manager role demonstrates strategic thinking commercial acumen and expertise in portfolio scope and resource management with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA MS Project Trello OR Miro. The role requires expertise in managing complex cross-functional projects within technology-driven enterprises.
They demonstrate strong communication stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills along with the ability to lead virtual teams and drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and a disciplined process-driven approach to delivery are essential as is the capability to manage resources navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
