Job Summary
- Provide leadership and oversight for project delivery aligned with NTPF objectives.
- Drive adoption and integration of new capabilities into operational environments.
- Apply project management methodologies for planning control and delivery.
- Manage risks issues and governance to ensure compliance and alignment.
- Monitor and report on outcomes to ensure benefits are realised.
- Lead change management training and communication initiatives.
- Analyse operational legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advise senior management on progress risks and performance.
- Contribute to broader Digital Transformation Program initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience delivering projects involving organisational or technology-enabled change.
- Strong knowledge of planning coordination risk and governance disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage people and resources in complex environments.
- Experience in change management training and user engagement.
- High-level interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse operational and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in large complex or high-profile projects.
- Familiarity with policing public safety or government operations.
- Understanding of IT Service Management or digital transformation frameworks.
- Knowledge of system design integration or data interfaces.
- Proficiency in project tools (Microsoft 365 Teams Jira).

Required Education:
